God Often Moves Most When We Stop Striving and Start Trusting
Scripture:
“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
Sometimes striving looks spiritual — but it’s really fear in disguise.
We hustle. We push. We force outcomes.
Not because God asked us to — but because we’re afraid nothing will happen if we don’t make it happen.
But God often works the most when we finally let go.
Stillness isn’t laziness. It’s trust. It’s the posture that says, “God, I believe You’re working even when I’m not.”
Today — breathe.
Release the pressure.
Let God be God.
Prayer:
God, help me rest in trust instead of striving for control. Amen.
